Your pup is "still" small so I am not sure if it continues with the small vs younger pups...

As an adult there are certain conditions that can also cause this, if your pup is still having problems I would consult your vet.

Feeding 2 good meals 2ce a day, I would think would be fine, but because your pup is soooo small I would consult with your vet.
