hi. my 8 year old yorkie is due for cleaning. He has had it done 2x in his short life so far and I've always questioned the high cost but had nothing to compare it to. The quote I just rec'd from my vet is $1170 including tax and that is with extractions if required.
The quote is made up of:
pcv & Catalyst chem $126
iv fluids 86
dental prophylaxis 411
dental block 53
dental packing 10
gingival flap 102
metacam 20
noroclav 125mg 45

Does this seem high to others?
