I don't see any reason why you can't but if your a vendor you can't...each section has rules in a sticky at the top...check that out...maybe its locked? look to the left of the post and see if there is a lock icon, sometimes when folks get what they need they lock the thread to avoid unnecessary posting etc....also, you might want to pm the person?
