So you cover up the raw gathered edges of the skirt inside the bias tape (like you use a double-fold tape?) then attach to the back side of the bodice?
That sounds pretty cool. Maybe I will try. Do you use store bought or do you make the bias from the skirt fabric? If you make it do you use a bias tape maker or just iron it?
I know too many questions!! LOL
