I am no expert, but our Jack and Izzy both "play bite" or "mouth." Jack is a little more rough than Izzy - I think it is okay as long as it is just playing and nothing more serious - but maybe I'm wrong. Actually it is one way we play with Jack and he has never bitten us really hard. So actually, I'm of absolutely no help. Sorry.
