its always best to go by mearurements, not size. there are so many makes of dog clothes out there and they run very different. do you know the makes of the ones she has that are size small ad xs. the little lily make runs very small, i think it runs the smallest of all makes.
ruff ruff couture runs pretty small
but the zack and zoe, caninie casual and east side collection run alot bigger.
i'm not good at guessing how much she's going to grow between now and the summer....
i'll give you the measurements of the ones you like , and you can let me know what you think ...

girth is slightly over 11 inches
