Brrr.... that is cold and here I was thinking 22 degrees Fahrenheit with a 9 degree windchill was cold! Jack did not waste anytime this morning or afternoon going potty though... even he thinks its chilly out there. Try to stay warm and I agree with the others, play indoors or try teaching him a new trick.
