As far as I know, the dad never hit the dog nor the other members of the family.
It's not that she's afraid of Snoopy per se, just scared that something triggers that reaction. Snoopy is, by all means, a healthy dog albeit a very lethargic dog.
Honestly IMO, they just pampered him and let him get away with some wrong behaviours just because he's a small dog. |
