I've read the same things. I currently feed Chico RC mini and actually switched last week to Natures Balance and he hardly ate, he would only pick out the Royal Cannin and leave the Natures Balance in the bowl. I returned the rest of the bag to the pet store and now stick to RC. I don't worry with him not getting his fill with it. But I have heard NC is much healthier maybe I'll try again when he's older.
