I had noticed that, too...
I used to get thick, now I find I need jumbo (for a 16lb dog). I can only imagine if I had a bigger dog...
I will say the 12" jumbos are lasting him the longest!! It takes him 3-4 days to finish one. I pick it up after about 30 mins - 1 hour of chewing. But he usually stops by himself anyway.
But we had one bag of 6" thick ones and I was shocked how quick he got through that stick! Booo, so I guess we'll keep doing jumbos in the future... just hope they are not making their sticks smaller?
