We have both.....the snuggle beds are fleece (at least the ones we have are) and they use them more in the colder months....the cloud 9 beds are cotton (again the ones we have are) and they use them year around. We usually throw a fleece blanket on the cloud 9 for Sailor as she likes to burrow under the blanket.
The cloud 9 bed seems to mold around their bodies and are more squishy....while the snuggle be is a little more firm.
Both are very well made and wash great. Out girls give two thumbs up to both types!
