Go to an orthopaedic...it is worth it to get the xrays. My Miss Mini had legges Perthes, major surgery etc., she is fine now but has lp in both knees. Not enough for surgery...but I would get it checked, isn't it better to rule out everything than to sit and watch and wait? My Miss Mini did not at any time "complain" she just strated hopping and doing what this pup is doing.
