We've lucked out and none of our pups have ever been nippy. Even when they were little babies they'd rather sit on your lap than play. However, my friend has a poodle who doesn't nip @ anyone but there 3 yr old. Alot of little boys can be noisey and a little wild which can drive a little dog crazy. I would just watch as your child plays with Daisy, and if you notice her nipping at your child you could dicipline her, eventually she should get the idea that it's not okay to nip at anyone. Or if your child my be doing some thing to prevoke Daisy, even running around and whinning can do this, you can talk to them about not doing that when Daisy's in the room. lol
