omg you guys have all been so helpful and made me feel better, i hope to the ones that havent experienced this stays that way and to those who happened to well, hope it never hapoens againa nd thnx for the advices. i know i should have told the groomer she did a bad job but i was too frustrated atm to say anything i just wanted to get out of there hahahaand today im calling the owner of the store to let her knoa what happened thank you all very much
