You probably will do best just getting on line and looking at all the different kinds and prices and sizes.....I knew NOTHING about dehydrators and after all the research I did, I settled on Excalibur...they are different sizes....the main reason I chose this brand is because the air circulates/blows from back to front of the unit, and most of them, the air moves from the top down to the bottom, which in my mind, made for too many "obstructed" areas, as the air tried to move all around the horozontal trays of stuff....blowing from back to front, the air flows directly across the horozontal trays, with no obstructions.
