My matriarch, that assumed the title when Aija passed, is the only one of my females that also does this....she will "get happy" on my foot several times during the day....there is usually no one around but me, and it is no skin off my nose, so I let her do her thing and then we move on....but when my brother was here over Christmas, we were sitting around talking, the babies were milling all around the den, and Crickette backed onto my foot and did her thing....(she especially loves when I have my fuzzy slippers on!)....I am so used to this, I did not even notice, and didnt miss a beat in my conversation....my brother got this really strange look on his face and finally broke into my story I was telling, and asked, "Do you know what is going on with your foot and that dog?????". I then realized everything I do around here, is geared at making my babies comfortable and happy here at THEIR home, to the point of oblivion!!!
