This old "keyboard warrior", in the spirit of education, will share with you, just so you dont wake up with a fermale that has been accidently bred, those pants with a hole for her tail will not stop a breeding from occuring if the opportunity presents itself. The only way to keep her safe is to make absolutely certain she does not get anywhere a male is. It lasts about 3 weeks, although she is not receptive/fertile during that entire time.......and now I will take my knowledge and crawl back under a rock.
