I wish you hadn't said that you liked it. But what's said is said. Next time this happens you really need to let them know that you are NOT happy because they did NOT follow the pictures that you clearly showed them.
I don't live in Toronto so I, unfortunately, cannot give you any suggestions of local groomers. But, luckily, it is hair and it WILL grow back. In the mean time, just keep him in clothes. That's what I did with Zeus' first bad cut. I know it's not the best, but it works.
