When Gracie was a puppy she always wanted to be on my lap. Now she is an adult and she still wants to be on my lap! I think there are two reasons. 1. Yorkies have thin coats and get chilly very easily, especially when they are babies. 2. They are little cuddle bugs, lap dogs and just love their people.
It has to be at least 85 degrees for Gracie to want to sit away from a human. She want to be in on everything that is going on. I think she feels she is part of the family and is insulted if we would not include her in all our activities...including watching a movie. |
