For the couch and beds, I bought ramps and stairs so they would not jump off. They took too both very quickly and use them all the time.

The steps were $35; and the ramp was $55. They have cute dog paw prints on the carpet. He sent them fedex and charged real shipping fees.
He has them listed on ebay - you can look for items by seller topdogsteps or email him directly.
