If you can't get her to eat, try mixing in a little wet with the kibble. Also, what works here, is drizzling a little bit of chicken broth over the kibble.
If things like this don't work and if she is not drinking her water, you really do need to get her into see a vet. She needs to eat and definitely needs to be drinking water or she could dehydrate.
