I have pee pads in the laundry room. It doesn't matter how many I have down, they will still just pee near the edge. If their front paws are on it, they assume they are doing it right. I tried the puppy patch and they wouldn't get on it at all. I even tried putting a pee pad on top of it. They would pee in the floor right beside it. I am cleaning my laundry room floor everyday, but at least they are getting close.
