Me and three friends did this in July, and it was super hot. I brought a wagon to put my girls and two other Yorkies in so their pads wouldn't get burned on the hot asphalt. We took a water bowl and several bottles of water. There were lots of larger dogs wearing shoes which was wonderful to see. With the cooler temps. in Feb. you will enjoy it more, and so would the fur kids.
