I use a rock for Mylee. We use rocks for the same problem with horses in thier feed pans and they work great for dogs too. A large smooth rock. It's heavy enough she can't just move it out of the way with her nose and big enough obviously she can't accidentially bite it. But effective. It might be something you could try before you spend money. I did like the first interactive toy you had listed too. I thougt that one looked interesting.
