Neiman sounds adorable. How wonderful you had him so long and had so much fun with him. I am sorry for your loss.
I saw someone said to check the YTCA breeders, but also check the Breed Club for Poms:

If you know the lady's name, perhaps you can contact both Breed Clubs to ask about her. Maybe even find her in a Google, etc. search. Some one may know/remember her, even if she is not still breeding. If you have your heart set on the same 'oops' mix...like how Nieman came to be...perhaps if you let breeders (and/or rescues) know what you are looking for, they can get back to you if they find something.
