Hey every1 I just noticed that after I got milo neutered his man area was fine but now I have noticed that one part on his manhood looks like they swell up looking like 2 balls .. It's on his shaft it happens only when he wakes up Bc that's the only time I've seen them ... I just wanna know of he's ok or should I call a vet .. I'm a 1st time yorkie/ dog owner I just wanna make sure my son is healthy and it's nothing to worry about. Thank you
