When I say 'chat' I mean like post a message-like here-and then sometimes someone will fire right back a response otherwise it's whenever you get a notification you can go back and see the post.
I prefer it that way actually as I am always sneaking in "chat time" on YT or FB (like now lol) between doing 4 other things-just took dog potty in the yard and checked the mail, have dinner on the stove and changed a diaper, then came back hit USER CP (here) and saw your message...I'd be useless in any real 'chat' style forums rooms etc-although I'm pretty darn fast on FB because my phone gives me a jingle when I get notifactions to certain groups etc...
I'm in a few different types of groups on FB, one for white miniature schnauzers, one for nonstandard colored yorkies, Downton Abbey (from PBS) RHO groups, the kid's school has both a fundraising group and PTO group, Idle No More group, Raw for Beauty raw and alternative medicine group, love my schnorkie group, and red women's buffalo dance group (sundance off shoot for nondancers).
If you're interested in any let me know I'm PM you the links as I'm not sure about suggesting some in a post it might be a violation of the rules here...and I'll have to switch to table to post a link my cell stinks at it-back to the stove lol.
