I think the only itty bitty credit I can give to this person is this...They did atleast bring this pregnant dog somewhere that would care for her and the pups. Many people would have just dumped the dog along roadside or worse.
Your groomer is a good person for seeing that this Mama and her babies receive some special needed care.
I agree with Muffie's Mom that it was a shame the license # couldn't have been seen so these idiots could be reported.
