Wow, not sure what advise I can give you - first welcome here and congrats on your new baby.

We brought a new "sister" in for Jack - but Jack (though he will potty on the pee pad) would rather do his business outside and he only "marked" once when we first brought her home. Make sure you keep putting your female on the pads and keep a vigilant eye on her. Do you have any of the products made specifically for removing dog urine odor and stains? If you do and its not working, I have no other suggestions for you.

As far as them getting along, it will take your male some adjusting, but he should come around. Our little guy did - though sometimes his little "sister" can be a bother. Good luck - hopefully someone else with more experience or better suggestions will see this and have some other advise for you.
