Default Introduced a second puppy, now my first is not happy

I have an 8 month old male yorkie for about a little more than 5 months, Yesterday me and my wife brought home another puppy this time female. The first night was a little rough my older male was not happy, he would follow her around and sniff her which is fine but when the younger one would turn around and bark at him it would set him off and i had to separated them. Today is a lot better they are playing and running around together and i haven't had to separate them once today which is great. My problem is the younger girl is obviously not pad trained yet and my older male is he hasn't had an accident in over 2 months, now when ever she has an accident we clean it up and then my older male sniffs out the spot and decides to pee/mark his territory where ever she has gone, how can i stop this? I cannot have my old male who knows better following her around marking his territory. We are crate training her but she still has accidents. Another issue with my older male is ever since we brought her home he will not accept treats when he does potty where he is supposed to, I think this just has to do with him being focused on her.

Sorry for the long read just trying to get everything out there. Thanks for any advice anyone can give me, Ryan
