Just an FYI, I heard from a Breeder that the reason she did not register her littler was b/c she was only selling them as pets, not for showing or breeding but she did not want to force the owner to get the dog spayed or neutered, she did not think it was necessary just as long as the new owner was going to be careful and properly avoid pregnancy.
