Are you saying that the vet saw nothing on the ultrasound but is still giving some meds to reduce a mass?
I'm going to agree with Lynzy on this one. If you are confused and worried like this, call the vet and ask for a better explanation of what is (or could be) going on. Have him put it in terms you can understand so you'll have a little bit more peace of mind about how to feel about and treat the problem.
