I got Callie spayed around 8 months and it was before her first heat because I still feel doing it before there first heat is important. I thought I saw someone post some where that if all the baby teeth haven't fallen out by 6 months there more then likely not going to but I could be wrong. I think at 7 months they would be able to pull any baby teeth left but you will have to ask your vet to be sure.
