I'm going to give you the advice based on my lesson learned.

I got Mandie spayed at 6 months because I had always been told to get them spayed before their first heat. Well, when I did, the vet said it was too early to tell if she would need any of her baby teeth pulled. 2 days after her spay is when I realized from the info on this forum that 8 months would've been better. By then, you will know what teeth are not going to come out on their own and you only have to put them under anesthesia once.

So now I have to go get Mandie's 2 teeth pulled in a few months. UGH

I say wait until 8 months old.
