Good point, we got Scoobers from the pound at 5 months old, he was microchipped to a known pup mill broker as his emergency contact and a breeder as his owner-neither responsed to calls from the pound.

That pound gets a lot if their dogs dumped there, all they have to claim is that the pups were sold-no buyer information is allowed to be released in CA, and they get away with it-while I wish they could be prosecuted at least they dump the unsold pups there rather than other 'disposal' means.
