I guess it is nice that she can afford to get the dog some help but there are a lot of people who cannot. Yorkie rescues around the country are swamped with puppies and dogs like this whose owners cannot afford to get the medical care they need so they have to surrender the poor creature.
This is why puppy mills and people who breed only for size need to be put out of business. |
