Default What age did your baby stop having "accidents"

Hi everyone.
I was just wondering the general consensus on when your little "boys" were completely potty trained?
Some days it feels like we take one step forward and 2 backwards. Wallee is 9.5 months old and some days are perfect and other days it seems we have 2 or 3 oops.
Should he be totally reliable yet? I have am a currently at home as I got laid off and have been working very hard at getting him totally potty trained. He gets one or 2 walks a day and he is only allowed in the front of the house so he can't wander out of my sight. Some days even after just coming in from going pee he will be playing fetch with his ball and just stop and start to pee before my eyes. I will tell him NO and he will stop and run outside with me.
My husband (who is ok with him but didn't want a dog) is starting to get on my case saying I am not trying hard enough to train him
