Jack does both but mostly now he lifts his leg. He has soiled his t-shirts in the past (before I realized they were a bit big and hung down on him) so if he is wearing one of his tees, we will roll it up so its "outta the way." He does have the cutest little Browns jersey (no judging allowed
) and the cut is higher than his tees so we don't need to roll that up.
