The reason I asked is I have some small size pix of Tibbe that are high quality & then I recently found & used that PhotoScape program someone on YT recommended to boost the color, etc., and they are too high in kb's to upload due to the high quality or something increasing their kb's, I think, though I resized them to quite small. At least I think that is the issue with them. They are like several hundred kb's in size though quite small. I remember I used the HQ setting on the camera and then boosted the color, saturation, etc., and now they are bigger that 200 kb's so I can't upload them! Wonder if that is your situation?
