Below are a few tips from the book, "The Power of Metabolism" which has helped me lose 15 pounds and two pants sizes in the last six weeks.
Stay away from refined (aka white) carbs, bread, rice, pastries etc.
Drinks lots of water AGAIN. Lots of water
Eat breakfast like a king/queen
Eat lunch like a prince/princess
Eat dinner like a subject
DRINK LOTS OF WATER, never drink any cola, no even diet ones.
Unless you are a body builder, eat only three meals per day.
