What about WW where you can eat anything in moderation?
I know they used to have an at work program at my office. there were several People who were doing it and they ended up looking Great! they promote it as a Lifestyle Change and not a Diet. Their thoughts were usually with a diet once you go back to eating normally you end up putting all the weight back on and then some.
If I ever need to lose some pounds and need help I think I would have to try something like that where I wouldn't feel deprived...
