Make a list of all of the reasons why you should quit. When you wake up, put on the patch first thing and keep the list with you at all times. Read it whenever you want to smoke and this may sound funny, but I talked to myself, outloud, when I wanted to smoke the past three days. I would say "no you can't, go do something else". My mom has been great support and so have all of my friends. It helped to tell them that I am quitting and that I will need there help. Good luck, if you decied to try again let me know. This is my 3rd and most succesful attempt, the other times I have started smoking again by the end of day one!
You're right about being ready, I know it, and your plan makes sense, I'm sure you will succeed. Good job! I gotta ponder it,, I need to quit! you gotta want to quit, and I don't wanna, just yet....
