Go to your local home improvement store (Lowe's, Home Depot, Menards, etc). There are plenty of flexible tubes that you could put the power cord in. Flexible water supply lines in the plumbing department come to mind. You'd just take a sharp utility knife & cut open the tubing so you could slip the power cord in. It's on a roll and you can buy it by the foot so you can much as much as you need.

*when ZoE was a puppy, I put those jumbo swimming noodles under the couch so she couldn't get under there & it stopped her toys getting under there. You just cut those with a serated kitchen knife.
