I was not ready yet either but then I realized that I will never be ready so I just had to do it one day it. I told my mom that this was going to be my quit date, make sure I quit. She threw away my cigarettes after I went to bed, dumped leftover soup on them, and put the patches on the kitchen table for me. (my mom is the best!)
