Oh I just had to put this one cause I just had it on the phone... I said " Pauls Body Shop" and the voice on the other line said " hey, is my car ready?" I also wanna say " SURE" then they show up and I wanna say,, " Oh, you didn't say who you were and I thought you were someone else." No, your car isn't done...

now now that wouldn't be very polite would it???
