Mia, I hope that as the weather gets warmer and other things begin to come to life and begin anew as they do in spring, your heart will begin its renewing process and you can find peace. Then, you can once again find a Yorkie baby to fill a part of the hole left in your heart by Tinkerbelle's death. I am assuming her diagnosis was Hydrocephaly and that will not occur in a new baby.
My Jesse died last winter and when I read of the loss of another baby, it still makes my heart break. It does get some better but you will always remember Tink and her funny little ways and the things she did. Jesse is with me every day even though I have a total of 10 critters...We love them all but we love them each differently.
Give your skin-kids hugs for all of us and post pics when the time comes to add another family member.
