Yikes, Janice! Thanks for the advice, and you're right. I've gotten a TON of useful information here (as soon as I can I'll be donating to the site, the information has been awesome). It's funny, after I posted this question I got an email from that training site titled "is this for real?" and it was all about the "authenticity" of her training, offering it for a one time fee for life. Pfft, Nancy couldn't pull the wool over my eyes with the support of YT behind me!
