My husband & I worked together during high school (but went to seperate schools). He wasn't my type (at the time!) & I actually hooked him up w/ my best friend!
They went out for 6 months & broke up (obviously!)
. I was off at college but we still talked online alot & then he told me he was going off to basic training for the Air Force. I got to thinking that I didn't want him to leave! Well he went off to basic & I went home for the summer & tried calling him. He was at his tech school which everyone in the military goes to after basic. This school was about 4 hrs from me. We started talking alot over the phone & I realized that I didn't want him away from me & that I had more feelings for him. He had always wanted to go out w/ me so he had the same feelings I had! And then we started the long distance thing for awhile, which sucked. But our 3 year anniversary is on Feb 21st and I couldn't be happier!
