You could look on the Uninstall Programs section of the Control Panel and it will show it if you have it on your computer at all. All your Java's and Java Updates will be listed there. I have Java 6's and then 7 Update 9 that I got I think in June 2012 but it is disabled until there is a fix or patch or something or I know more if all versions are affected. When Homeland Security says it's dangerous, I'm a believer!
