Thanks so much. I was leaning towards the vet doing it too. I've had a larger dog and our cat done at the humane society. I didn't have any problems with either one, but Chloe is so small. I wouldn't want anything to happen to her, especially just to save a few dollars. The kids and I adore her so much already. Plus I just can't imagine no pain meds at all, except a shot before the surgery
